Shipping & Returns

Shipping to UK addresses is free of charge. International customers should contact us for a shipping quote as price varies depending on size and weight of the item being shipped.

Goods are shipped as soon as possible after payment has been received. Please note that for some items you will need to allow up to 14 days for delivery, although the goods may arrive sooner.

UK Parcels weighing over 1Kg, or of value in excess of £100 will be shipped by Courier. These shipments will require a signature on delivery. All other items will be shipped by Royal Mail 1st class, 2nd class or Standard Parcels, and we reserve the right to decide on the shipping method used depending on the items ordered and the destination.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Most items on sale in our store are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer/wholesaler reserves the right to attempt to repair a faulty item before offering a replacement. Everglides will handle the return of the faulty item and cover associated shipping costs to the manufacturer for assessment, but is unable to influence the repair/replace decision of the manufacturer or wholesaler. Everglides will not accept liability for delays arising during the manufacturer's review process, and is unable to guarantee a time scale for the repair/refund to be applied.

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition with the original packaging to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your returned goods must be received by us within 14 days of your purchase invoice date. Please note that return shipping costs must be covered by you. Returned goods will be subject to a 10% restocking fee

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and a copy of the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include clothing, underwear and items sealed in manufacture.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Skating boots that are supplied without blades may not be returned for refund or exchange once blades have been attached. Fitting of a blade constitutes acceptance of the boot and correct fit, regardless of who fitted the blade, and where or when.

Restocking Fee

Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. We also reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost before applying the refund.

Exchanges

If your item is in as new condition in it's original packaging, you may exchange your item for a different size or colour, providing it is not subject to one or more of the above restrictions. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping. If you are exchanging a child/youth item for an adult size, you will need to pay the VAT that is due on these items.
